Solon Retirement Village is proud to have Dr. Sam Orvis as our medical director. Dr. Orvis clinical expertise includes geriatric medicine. According to his professional profile, “After having grown up in Eastern Iowa and receiving my medical education at the University of Iowa, I’m proud to serve the community that helped shape me personally and professionally. My interests in medicine include geriatric medicine, preventative health, nursing home care, inpatient medicine, advocacy, and education.”
At Solon Retirement Village a patient’s doctor can follow them, but if that is not available Dr. Eberly is glad to be the primary physician.
We also offer additional medical services including in-house dental and vision services, laboratory services and scheduled transportation
